Engineering context

As engineering organisations around Australia (and the world) become more and more aware of the value of mentorship in the workplace, workshops such as this one only increase in demand.

This workshop for potential mentors and mentees (those being mentored) is highly interactive and enables you to develop effective mentoring skills for immediate application.

Suitable for those with personal and professional mentoring responsibilities, it is also suited to mentors with roles involving engineers seeking Chartered status.

On completion, you’ll appreciate what a mentor is and the importance of this role. You’ll also understand the benefits for both mentors and mentees, have an appreciation of the difference between mentoring conversations and other conversations in the workplace and be able to develop a structure for your mentoring role.
