Deliberation and discussion are an integral part of almost any job. Having effective communication skills helps to become more influential during conversations, consultations and formal negotiations.
This half-day workshop introduces principle negotiation and influencing techniques, providing practical skills to help participants achieve desired outcomes and enhance relationships with stakeholders.
Upon completion, participants will understand the meaning and nature of negotiation and influence; able to identify and apply a range of negotiation and influencing strategies.
Prior to attending this workshop, participants are required to complete an online component. This will consist of 1 – 2 hours of online activities to introduce participants to the theories and concepts covered during the workshop and must be completed three business days before the workshop.
To ensure participants attending a public session or an in-house session are prepared for the workshop, they cannot be substituted three working days beforehand.
