Risk Management Principles

Engineering context

Risk management is now an integral part of every engineering discipline. Majority of industries must comply with regulatory requirements and the compliance systems to do so are managed through a structured risk framework.

This webinar explores risk management principles based on the structure and framework from the international standard, ISO 31000 – Risk Management.

You will learn how to define and manage risks for highly complex engineering projects and how to create and manage your own risk management framework to integrate with your organisation’s framework. Case studies will be used to demonstrate lessons learnt and recommendations for the most effective framework to be implemented across an organisation.

Complementing your existing engineering expertise, attending this webinar will enhance your project management skills and give you an understanding of the skills required to interact with and influence risk management processes at all levels throughout an organisation.
