Projects are a primary method for delivering engineering outcomes and they come with significant risk. Key Project Planning and Control (PPC) elements such as improving communication and efficiency can increase the success rate of an engineering project and reduce risks. Poor implementation however, can quickly blow out the time, cost and scope.
This webinar focuses on improving PPC skills - a topic rarely covered in tertiary engineering education. An experienced PPC Practitioner will explain how to increase the chance of successful projects using PPC techniques, providing a high-level overview as well as identifying helpful resources.
