The workshop does not assume detailed knowledge but does require some understanding of project management and project control. It is aimed at engineers who are working in project controls, project management, contract management, planning and scheduling, and are interested improving their knowledge and skills in integrated project controls. The course is also suitable for professionals from government agencies, owners, contractors and consultants.
Laurie Bowman, CCP DRMP EVP PSP has 20+ years of experience in portfolio, program and project control and risk management. He has gained extensive experience over his career holding positions such as portfolio controls and analytics manager, project controls manager, project manager, project engineer, planner, cost engineer and contracts administrator.
Laurie currently works as the Principal for his training organisation Synchrony. He has worked with owners, contractors and consultants and as a trainer with multiple firms and industries.
