This workshop is for you if you would like to improve how you interact with staff, management, clients and colleagues.
This workshop is facilitated by leading business educators, Alison Jardie and Grace O’Malley.
Alison Jardie is a professional facilitator and coach, a psychologist and a Master Practioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has over 20 years’ experience working with groups and individuals in a learning and development context. Alison has been responsible for leading large teams and organisational interventions, as well as designing and implementing successful, innovative and award-winning developmental programs.
Grace O’Malley has worked as a leadership, management and learning consultant for 10 years and specialises in leadership management and facilitation. She has worked in a wide range of organisations from small NGOs, Government, Corporate and private businesses; in health, engineering, vehicle, housing, community services and education sectors. Grace uses a mix of realistic experiences and case studies to engage participants during her workshops. In addition to a Bachelor of Education, Grace has a Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, and an Advanced Diploma of Management.
