Lean Sigma Six (LSS) is an internationally recognised work methodology applicable to all organisations, including engineering firms. Its aim is to save time and improve organisational processes to become more cost efficient.
It focuses on the elimination of process waste, reducing variation through identifying the root causes and defects, as well as efficiency and productivity improvement.
The LSS Green Belt five-day course will introduce you to a range of tools and techniques that form part of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) process to dramatically improve your business and make data-based decisions. It will also equip you to complete a full Green Belt level project.
Throughout the course you’ll use many real-life examples and practise using Sigma XL (Statistical Data Analysis Package).
The training is certified by IASSC (International Association of Six Sigma Certification). By completing this course you will obtain Green Belt proficiency.
Please note: this course prepares you to sit for the exams at these levels through the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), but does not include the certificate.
Please contact IASSC regarding exam requirements: www.iassc.org
