Medium Voltage is the back-bone of electrical distribution across multiple applications – from your large industries to critical buildings such as data centers and hospitals, to infrastructure such as transportation, airports. We can’t get away from it, nor ignore it.
When we design and build such types of facilities, we are not doing it for the next five years, we should be thinking of the next 20 to 30 years, and the importance of lifecycle management over those years.
This one-day course covers key Medium Voltage electrical design concepts for a rapidly increasing digital world.
Aimed at graduates or those entering the electrical installation industry, an industry expert facilitator provides a practical overview of Medium Voltage electrical distribution – from generation to Low Voltage.
Participants will learn about the relevant electrical standards, common equipment used, innovations and new technology, and how to select the right equipment, as well as an introduction to the electrical network design process and network protection.
Registration for this course closes two weeks before the scheduled date.
