Adam Le Good has worked as an internal coach and professional mentor for over 20 years. He has conducted a variety of management development programs for clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. Adam uses practical applications of management principles and a unique, humorous and theatrical style to ensure participants enjoy their learning experience and translate their newly acquired skills to the workplace. Adam has a sound knowledge of adult learning principles, a degree in psychology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ross Blaikie is a mechanical engineer with over 12 years' experience in organisational and learning development. He is a highly skilled facilitator, presenter and trainer. Ross has developed and implemented a range of OD, L&D and change management projects.
Barry O'Sullivan has provided leadership coaching to over 450 leaders in the past 14 years, following 22 years as a partner with KPMG. He is a member of the Board of Governors at The Actors Conservatory. His coaching extends to leadership teams and boards, where he regularly facilitates strategic discussion.

He is an experienced psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology (cum laude), a highly skilled facilitator consistently receiving outstanding feedback and a sought after executive coach.
Alison Jardie is a professional facilitator and coach, a psychologist and a Master Practitioner in NLP. She has over 20 years' experience working with groups and individuals in a learning and development context. Alison has been responsible for leading large teams and organisational interventions, as well as designing and implementing successful, innovative and award-winning developmental programs.
