Employees in any industry, including the engineering profession, need business communication skills. The ability to articulately, rationally and courteously interact with other members of a team directly influences productivity, output and the overall wellbeing of those who work within an organisation.

This blended workshop will help participants communicate more effectively with colleagues, managers and clients. It will introduce the skills needed to share ideas successfully with various stakeholders.

The workshop will help participants understand various types of interpersonal communication and communication styles, adapting messages to suit the audience and identified communication channels.
