Your facilitator for this course

Adam Cadwallader is an AltusQ leadership coach with over 10 years’ corporate experience working with companies such as Lend Lease, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Adam has been responsible for coaching individuals and facilitating groups with a focus on turning managers into leaders.

Adam has helped managers develop self-awareness, strategic thinking, communication, as well as influencing and engagement skills. With a focus on shared experience, he helps companies develop a more proactive and committed team.

Adam holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and Commerce from Sydney University and is an accredited AltusQ coach, as well as a Certified Practitioner with The Leadership Circle.
